CPI is delighted to announce that Holly Whitbread joined on 9th March 2020 as External Communications Manager.
Holly is a policy and communications professional with extensive political experience at a local and national level. Holly has previously worked in the Westminster Offices of several Conservative Members of Parliament and for a Communications Agency based in central London. She is experienced in speech writing, briefing and advising on policy, working on public relations and digital communications.
Holly is currently an elected Conservative District Councillor in Epping Forest and sits as the Cabinet Member for Housing. She stood as a Parliamentary Candidate in the 2019 General Election. She is also Deputy Chairman of Conservative Young Women nationally.
Holly said, “I am delighted to be joining the team at the CPI at this exciting time. With a large Government majority in Parliament, the UK is now entering a period of much greater political certainty. This means the newly elected Government can deliver upon their agenda and move ahead into the post-Brexit era.
